Friday Fun Links #8

As another week comes to a close, here are some curated links. Got anything to add? My goal here is to bring you something interesting, hopefully that you haven’t seen before, something outside the norm, outside the narrative -and- because there are so many places on the internet not to share the link love.

I’d like to give a special shout out to Unbound Boxes, Limping Gods for the illustrated, short story content there that is amazing in it’s own right. Does anyone know any other illustrated story blogs like this one? I attempted to search for resources, but in my quick attempt I came up empty.

Friday Fun Link #4

No, that’s not a typo in the post name, I won’t be spending the time today on gathering interesting links for you like I have the past couple of weeks – I am a new father as of yesterday ( if you are wondering, everything is going well ), so my time will be spent toward the two most important people in my life.

BUT, hopefully this will make up the difference. SDMcKinley.com presents Dub FX, Live at EXIT Festival (2014):

A little background on Dub Fx, he started on the streets with his looper and self-made beat box noises and created whole songs ( with the help of effects pedals ) using only his voice. If you like this concert, there are some other, earlier videos of his that will blow your mind. If you haven’t heard of him, go enlighten yourself.

And in case you missed the music videos in the other Friday Fun posts, go check them out. Have a great weekend and happy Friday.
